To route incoming email to OX App Suite, your domain's MX records need to point to OX's mail servers. Add all four records below at equal priority for the most reliable delivery:

Automatic configuration
If OX App Suite is an add-on to a hosting account managed through cPanel, Plesk, or DirectAdmin, these records are usually configured for you automatically — you shouldn't need to add them by hand in that case.
