How to Add or Upgrade Additional OX App Suite Mailboxes Print

If you need more mailboxes, or want to upgrade to OX App Suite + Productivity, you can do it directly from your Client Area — no support ticket required.

Steps

1. On your Client Area Dashboard, select the domain you want to manage and click Manage.

2. You'll see your current mailboxes and how many are still available.

3. Click Upgrade to change your mailbox count or plan.

4. Set the total number of mailboxes you want under Qty (e.g. enter 2 to add one mailbox to an existing single mailbox). You can also switch to OX App Suite + Productivity here.
5. Click Select to place the order.

Your mailbox list updates immediately to reflect the new quantity.
