The Migration Tool moves your existing mailbox content into OX App Suite. We recommend migrating a test mailbox first before running your full migration.
Step 1: Get started
Accept the Terms of Service and click Proceed.
Step 2: Choose source and destination
Search for your current email provider (or add it manually via Add Missing Provider if it's not listed). Choose OX AS Cloud (US) as the destination, and enter a non-migrating email address to track migration status notifications.
Step 3: Confirm both mailboxes
Enter the username and password for your existing mailbox and click Check to confirm access. Do the same for your new OX mailbox — you'll need to create it there first. Click Confirm, then Proceed.
Step 4: Start the migration
Review the mailbox size and estimated duration, then click Start migration.
Step 5: Confirm it completed
You'll get an email confirmation once the migration finishes with no errors. Check your new mailbox to confirm your data arrived. If OX App Suite is an add-on to a hosting account, your MX records should already point to OX; for standalone services, you'll need to update your MX records manually.
Step 6: Run a delta migration (optional)
After your MX records have switched and mail is flowing to your new mailbox, wait 24 hours, then run a Delta migration to catch any mail that arrived during the DNS switch.
