OX App Suite can pull mail in from another provider's account, so everything lands in one inbox instead of you checking multiple mailboxes.
Steps
- Log in at us.appsuite.cloud/appsuite.
- Click Add mail account under your folder list.
- Choose to sign in with Google or another provider.
- Enter the email address and password for that account, then click Add.
That account's inbox now appears alongside your folders. When composing a new message, use the dropdown next to From to choose which of your connected addresses to send from.
