How to Mark or Unmark an Email as Spam Print

Marking messages as spam helps OX App Suite automatically catch similar unwanted mail in the future.

Marking an email as spam

Select the email in your inbox and click the Mark as spam icon (a circle with a line through it) in the toolbar. It moves to your Spam folder immediately.

Undoing an incorrect spam flag

1. Open your Spam folder.
2. Select the misflagged email and click the Not spam icon (thumbs up).

The email moves back to your Inbox.
