How to Automatically Save New Contacts Print

OX App Suite can automatically save unfamiliar email addresses to your address book whenever you send or receive mail from them.

Steps

Log in at us.appsuite.cloud/appsuite and click the settings (gear) icon.
Click Mail in the sidebar.
Under Behavior, check either or both:
- Automatically collect contacts in the folder "Collected addresses" while sending
- Automatically collect contacts in the folder "Collected addresses" while reading

New addresses will appear in the Collected addresses folder under My address books.
