OX Drive lets you share files or folders with anyone, whether or not they have an OX App Suite account.
Steps
- Log in at us.appsuite.cloud/appsuite and open Drive.
- Select the file or folder you want to share and click Share in the toolbar.
- Choose one of two sharing methods:
- Invite people to view, create, and edit the item directly (where permitted)
- Create a sharing link that lets recipients only view the shared item
- Add recipients and an optional message, then send.
When creating a sharing link, you can also set an expiration date and require a password before recipients can access it.
